I created this meditation to help all those who need assistance sleeping and need to rebalance their chakras.whenever i do this meditation, i really feel as though i have cleansed the energy in my body and recharged all of the chakra energy points within me. Throughout this guided yoga nidra session, you will be taken into a deep state of relaxation between sleep and wakefulness.
This yoga nidra is healing for muladhara chakra & vata dosha by lowering vata, calming vata, using the earth element and forest visualization to balance muladhara. We all have 8 minutes to spare, so why not use that time to start your day out right with a daily guided meditation.
Here are 20 guided meditations for sleep. All you need to do is sit with your eyes closed and let the voice in the meditation take over to guide you through a peaceful 20 minutes of guided meditation.
This practice has no music and is voice only. There is no need to sit quiet for two hours in a zen garden.
